Scope of Work

My time at WE was split as a design resource between Business Development and Marketing. External sales pitches and RFP submissions were crucial for new business and bottom-line revenue for the agency. Executive efforts would activate the full internal business development team to partner up with sales and improve the win rate for world-class marketing and communication plans. Our team improved the win-rate from 38% to 67% at the Bellevue headquarters.

Scope of Work

While splitting my time between Business Development and Marketing, I supported both an internal strategy team and external development team with a new visual approach to their old corporate website.

By merging their new Brands in Motion theme with a fresh look and feel for their website, I was able to rapidly wireframe mockups for stakeholder buy-ins and put a fresh coat of paint on the front door of the agency.
